Oats and banana pancake
Rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and potassium.
Oats are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants on the other hand bananas are rich in potassium.
Giving banana to kids every day is not an easy thing so let’s make this yummy pancake using it.
Ingredients needed
- Oats flour 1 cup
- Wheat flour half cup
- Sugar 1tbs
- Baking soda 1 pinch
- Salt 1 pinch
- Curd 4 tbs
- Banana puree one bowl
- Milk 1 small glass
Let’s get started first mix all the dry ingredients together oats, wheat flour, sugar, soda, salt.
Now add curd, ? puree and milk. Mix well and the batter is ready.
Switch on the gas heat the pan and pour the batter and drizzle little butter. Flip and fry on the other side and the pancake is ready.
